Lucia Pereira is the Packaging-free Network Legal affairs Manager With 14 years experience as a lawyer, Lucia plays a vital role in the association’s activity thanks to her background in European regulatory law, in particular concerning agrifood, the environment and regulated products such as cosmetics and detergents.

Maryse Noel

Hygienist

Maryse Noel is our hygiene consultant. She trains professionals in the food industry in the principles of health and safety. She helps put together procedures and leads training courses in hygiene concerning food-stuffs (mainly HACCP and GGHP), premises and the prevention of hospital-acquired infections.

Stéfan Thuau

Founder of Chez Poulet

Stéfan Thuau runs packaging-free store Chez Poulet in Honfleur and is a Packaging-free Network trainer.
After training in hotel and catering management, Stéfan worked for the Barrière hotel group as bursar and later as sustainable development manager. His convictions and experience formed a springboard to entrepreneurship.

Gaëlle Maslard

Gaëlle Maslard Co-founder of Dose de Sens grocery

Gaëlle manages Dose de Sens, in Nantes, a zero-waste shop and vegan restaurant.
A corporate law graduate, Gaëlle practiced in a notaire’s office before pursuing a project fully aligned with her belief in a zero-waste lifestyle. She relishes sharing her knowledge and experience during Packaging-free Network immersive training courses.

Bertile Lecomte

Co-founder of La Bonne Pioche packaging-free grocery store

Bertile Lecomte founded La Bonne Pioche in 2016. Her shop in Grenoble employs 3 people. Bertile began her working life as a consultant and coach to start-up owners. She graduated in management with a specialisation in entrepreneurship, and business development consultancy.

Hélène Bédu

Founder of Vrac & Compagnie

Hélène co-founded Vrac & Compagnie, packaging-free and zero waste grocery store with mainly organic and local produce, in Uccle (Brussels).
At a turning point in her life, Hélène chose to leave France and put her energy and experience into the new project. She feels she is doing her bit to leave a cleaner planet for future generations. Hélène is delighted for the opportunity to pass on her knowledge and experience by leading Packaging-free Network training courses in Belgium.

Marilyne Aubert

Quality consultant

An agronomist, Marilyn specialises in quality management for the food industry. With ten years’ experience with an international company and five years abroad in Cambodia and Haiti, Marilyn is a consultant for small and medium-sized businesses, helping implement quality management systems based on food safety standards such as IFS, BRC and FSSC 22000. She is also an internal and supplier auditor. Marilyn joined Packaging-free Network to lead training courses, with the feeling that sharing her expertise is a way of giving something back to the community and forging ties with like-minded professionals.
