Meet the Team

The day-to-day running of the association is managed by a team of ten

Célia Rennesson

General Manager

Worried by the amount of waste generated by packaging and surplus food, Célia co-founded Réseau Vrac to promote packaging-free retail. Manager of the association since 2016, Célia also co-wrote the guide to packaging-free consumption, Vrac Mode d’Emploi (available in French only) in 2020.

Lucia Pereira

Legal affairs Manager

With 14 years’ experience as a lawyer, Lucia plays a vital role in the association’s activity thanks to her background in European regulatory law, in particular concerning agrifood, the environment and regulated products such as cosmetics and detergents.

Chloé Liard

Business Development Manager

A strong believer in the social, economic and environmental benefits of packaging-free goods, Chloé joined the association in February 2019 to help shape and develop the emerging sector.

Chloé Fradin

Training Manager

Following roles in sales both online and offline, Chloé manages the training arm of Packaging-free Network. Successful packaging-free enterprise demands specialist knowledge and guidance from experts.

Clémentine Cossic

Administration, Accounts and Member Relations

Inspired by ecological methods of consumption, Clémentine joined Packaging-free Network in October 2020 to manage the association’s administration, accounts and relations with our members.

Julie Thomas

Communications Manager

A CSR communications specialist, Julie is passionate about the issues surrounding food and agriculture and convinced by the virtues of packaging-free retail. She turns her quill to the association’s internal and external communications.

Sylvie Droulans

Country Manager - Belgium

Author of a book entitled Le zéro déchet sans complexes [No Complex Zero Waste] and blogger at zerocarabistouille.be, Sylvie joined Packaging-free Network in 2019 to boost the growth of the packaging-free sector in Belgium.

Business Development Trainee

We welcome applications for business development trainees on sandwich courses looking for 10-month placements. We make sure our trainees are involved in strategic projects and partnerships.

Manon Lerma

Community Service Volunteer

We welcome applications from community service volunteers for periods of 6 to 8 months. Our volunteers play a key role in promoting zero-waste.

Johanna Le Mau

President

Johanna Le Mau is manager and co-founder of Ô Bocal, a packaging-free outlet in Nantes. She co-founded Packaging-free Network in 2016 to encourage sustainable development.

Ludvina Sanchez

General Secretary

Ludvina Sanchez is the founder of natural fair trade cosmetic brand Pachamamaï. She also works with the NGO Man & Nature.

Sébastien Leflond

Treasurer

Sébastien Leflond lives and breathes responsible consumption. He co-founded La Juste Dose in 2013 and Vracoop in 2016 to improve the distribution of packaging-free organic produce.

Yannick Migotto

Board Member

Yannick Migotto is co-founder of beendi, an up-and-coming brand of organic, healthy ready-meals which relies on packaging-free suppliers. Yannick has been an innovator in food consumption for over 15 years (at Amazon, Groupe Casino, and various startups).

Didier Onraita

Board Member

A trained scientist, Didier Onraita founded a business strategy consultancy following a 10-year career in managed trade. In 2013, he founded My Retail Box to develop the Day-By-Day chain alongside his consultancy business.

Gaëlle Tudury

Board Member

Having spent ten years orchestrating environmental and social projects in the realm of social economy, Gaëlle Tudury co-founded the packaging-free shop GARD’n VRAC in Nîmes. She is working towards a countrywide zero-waste drive.

Thomas Gouriou

Board Member

Thomas Gouriou founded Montvrac, a packaging-free shop for natural produce in Voiron, Isère. As a researcher, speaker and intellectual property manager, he is driven by the desire to make the world a better place.

Maud Cadic

Board Member

Maud Cadic co-founded the grocery Mamie Mesure. A business school graduate, she has 8 years experience in agrifood logistics.

Mélanie Duret

Board Member

After 13 years in the banking sector, inspired by Béa Johnson’s book on reducing waste, Mélanie founded On part en vrac, a mobile grocery in the north of France.

Laëtitia Van de Walle

Board Member

A communications expert, Laëtitia is founder of Lamazuna. Her ambition is to colour the world. Corporate social responsibility is as important to her as zero-waste consumption.

Maryse Noel

Hygienist

Maryse Noel is our hygiene consultant. She trains professionals in the food industry in the principles of health and safety. She helps put together procedures and leads training courses in hygiene concerning food-stuffs (mainly HACCP and GGHP), premises and the prevention of hospital-acquired infections.

Stéfan Thuau

Founder of Chez Poulet

Stéfan Thuau runs packaging-free store Chez Poulet in Honfleur and is a Packaging-free Network trainer.
After training in hotel and catering management, Stéfan worked for the Barrière hotel group as bursar and later as sustainable development manager. His convictions and experience formed a springboard to entrepreneurship.

Gaëlle Maslard

Gaëlle Maslard Co-founder of Dose de Sens grocery

Gaëlle manages Dose de Sens, in Nantes, a zero-waste shop and vegan restaurant.
A corporate law graduate, Gaëlle practiced in a notaire’s office before pursuing a project fully aligned with her belief in a zero-waste lifestyle. She relishes sharing her knowledge and experience during Packaging-free Network immersive training courses.

Bertile Lecomte

Co-founder of La Bonne Pioche packaging-free grocery store

Bertile Lecomte founded La Bonne Pioche in 2016. Her shop in Grenoble employs 3 people. Bertile began her working life as a consultant and coach to start-up owners. She graduated in management with a specialisation in entrepreneurship, and business development consultancy.

Hélène Bédu

Founder of Vrac & Compagnie

Hélène co-founded Vrac & Compagnie, packaging-free and zero waste grocery store with mainly organic and local produce, in Uccle (Brussels).
At a turning point in her life, Hélène chose to leave France and put her energy and experience into the new project. She feels she is doing her bit to leave a cleaner planet for future generations. Hélène is delighted for the opportunity to pass on her knowledge and experience by leading Packaging-free Network training courses in Belgium.

Marilyne Aubert

Quality consultant

An agronomist, Marilyn specialises in quality management for the food industry. With ten years’ experience with an international company and five years abroad in Cambodia and Haiti, Marilyn is a consultant for small and medium-sized businesses, helping implement quality management systems based on food safety standards such as IFS, BRC and FSSC 22000. She is also an internal and supplier auditor. Marilyn joined Packaging-free Network to lead training courses, with the feeling that sharing her expertise is a way of giving something back to the community and forging ties with like-minded professionals.
